研究目的：

明确本地区致泻性大肠埃希菌的流行情况、分子分型、优势基因型及耐药特征，为区域内DEC引起的感染性腹泻防控工作和临床诊治提供科学依据，指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the prevalence, molecular typing, predominant genotypes and drug resistance of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli (E. coli) in this area, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diarrhea caused by DEC and clinical diagnosis and treatment, and to guide the rational use of antibiotics.

纳入标准：

1.自述有可疑食物史，每日排便≥3 次且粪便性状异常（水样便、黏液便或脓血便等），以腹泻症状为主的感染病例。

Inclusion criteria

1.The main symptoms of the cases were diarrhea, with a history of suspicious food, defecation more than 3 times a day and abnormal stool characters (watery, mucous or bloody, purulent stool, etc.).

排除标准：

1.同一人员≤14天因腹泻再次就诊的病例。
2.具有明确病因如克隆病、囊性纤维化、乳糜泻、生理性腹泻等非感染性腹泻的病例。
3.就诊前已服用过≥1种抗生素药物的腹泻患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Revisiting for diarrhea in the same person within 14 days; 2.Non-infectious diarrhea with clear etiology such as Crohn's disease, cystic fibrosis, celiac disease, physiological diarrhea; 3.Patients with diarrhea who had taken >=1 antibiotic before the visit.
