研究目的：

评估社区支持服务（喘息服务、心理支持、运动指导、技能培训等）对失能老人家庭照料者负担的影响。评估照料者的心理健康状态、生活质量、身体健康状况等变化。调查社区支持服务的接受度、满意度及其对照料者的帮助效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the impact of community support services (respite care, psychological support, exercise guidance, skill training, etc.) on the burden of family caregivers of elderly individuals. Assess changes in caregivers' psychological health, quality of life, and physical health. Investigate the acceptance, satisfaction, and effectiveness of community support services in assisting caregivers.

纳入标准：

照料者年龄应在18周岁以上；照料者为失能老人的家庭成员；照料者能理解并同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Caregivers should be aged 18 years or older; caregivers must be family members of disabled elderly individuals; caregivers must be able to understand and agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

照料者有严重的精神或身体疾病，无法履行照料职责； 失能老人在研究期间去世或因病复发住院。 照料者不愿意或不能提供书面同意。

Exclusion criteria：

Caregivers with severe mental or physical illnesses who are unable to perform caregiving duties; Disabled elderly individuals who pass away or are hospitalized due to a recurrence of illness during the study period. Caregivers who are unwilling or unable to provide written consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集和管理将包括两个部分：1.病例记录表（CRF），用于记录健康数据，包括照护者的身体健康、心理健康和照护负担；2.电子数据采集（EDC）系统，用于管理和分析数据。用于EDC的系统是ResMan。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management will consist of two parts: 1.Case Record Form (CRF) for recording health data, including caregiver physical health, mental health, and caregiving burden; 2.Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for managing and analyzing data. The system used for EDC will be ResMan, a web-based platform designed for data collection and monitoring.
