药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在18至70岁之间。 通过影像学初筛为原发性胶质瘤且术中快速冰冻切片确诊为胶质瘤。 肿瘤在位置在右额叶、右前颞叶和左前颞叶（非功能区），患者为右利手

Inclusion criteria

The patient is between 18 and 70 years old. Preliminary imaging screening indicates primary glioma, which is confirmed intraoperatively by rapid frozen section. The tumor is located in the right frontal lobe, right anterior temporal lobe, and left anterior temporal lobe (non-functional areas), and the patient is right-handed.

排除标准：

复发胶质瘤； 术后 KPS <70； 既往接受过脑部手术的患者; 存在严重的合并症（如心脏病、肝功能衰竭等）； 怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Recurrent glioma; Postoperative KPS <70; Patients who have previously undergone brain surgery; Presence of severe comorbidities (such as heart disease, liver failure, etc.); Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
