研究目的：

本研究拟通过回顾性收集既往在我院进行新辅助同步放化疗的直肠癌患者的诊疗数据，生存结局等随访数据。分析影响nCRT敏感性的临床特征、放射治疗模式、检查检验结果、蛋白组学特征，并进一步分析潜在生物标志物与生存结局的关系。通过本研究，可总结我院直肠癌患者的临床特征、生存，并找出影响放射敏感性与生存的潜在标志物，包括临床特征、放疗模式、影像特征、实验室检查结果、蛋白表达水平，本研究的结果将为局部晚期直肠癌个体化新辅助治疗的精准实施提供实验基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The objectives of study including retrospectively collect data of rectal cancer patients who underwent neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) at our hospital. We will analyze clinical characteristics, radiation therapy modalities, examination results, and proteomic features that influence the sensitivity to nCRT and find potentially biomarkers of outcome.

纳入标准：

1.病理学确诊为直肠癌； 2.进行过新辅助同步放化疗.

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma; 2.Treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.

排除标准：

1.确诊直肠癌时同时患有其他恶性肿瘤，或2年内患有其他恶性肿瘤； 2.确诊时已发生远处转移.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Simultaneously diagnosed with other malignant tumors, or diagnosed with other malignant tumors within 2 years; 2.Diagnosed with distant metastasis.
