研究目的：

1）通过建立模拟环路增益数学模型，比较不同严重程度高原藏族OSA睡眠结构、缺氧程度、呼吸暂停类型，以及呼吸驱动（环路增益）的差异；探索高原藏族OSA的严重程度与呼吸驱动（环路增益）的关系； 2）OSA 与环路增益相关，环路增益受CO2的影响，同时可以影响上气道呼吸肌的功能，增加OSA的严重程度；高原低压低氧环境导致呼吸控制不稳定，形成周期性呼吸。目前高原藏族OSA的呼吸驱动机制仍不清楚，因此，通过该研究对比较不同严重程度的高原OSA与呼吸驱动（环路增益）的关系，探索可能的机制； 3）该研究对高原 OSA 不同治疗方法进行比较，探索有效治疗方法，以及不同治疗方法与呼吸驱动（环路增益）的差异及关系，同时进一步明确高原OSA与呼吸驱动（环路增益）的相互影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Modeling and Comparative Analysis By establishing a mathematical model of loop gain, this study aims to compare sleep architecture, hypoxia severity, types of apnea, and respiratory drive (loop gain) among high-altitude Tibetan OSA patients with varying disease severity. It further explores the relationship between OSA severity and respiratory drive (loop gain). 2.Mechanistic Exploration of Respiratory Drive in High-Altitude OSA OSA is associated with loop gain, which is influenced by CO? levels and can affect upper airway muscle function, exacerbating OSA severity. The high-altitude hypoxic environment destabilizes respiratory control, leading to periodic breathing. However, the respiratory drive mechanism in Tibetan OSA patients remains unclear. This study investigates the relationship between OSA severity and loop gain to elucidate potential underlying mechanisms. 3.Therapeutic Comparison and Clinical Implications The study evaluates and compares different treatment approaches for high-altitude OSA, assessing their efficacy and their differential effects on respiratory drive (loop gain). Additionally, it clarifies the bidirectional interaction between high-altitude OSA and loop gain to optimize therapeutic strategies.

纳入标准：

年龄 18-60 周岁，藏族（父母均为藏族），男性，居住高原 10 年以上，愿意参加课题的志愿者

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18–60 years;ethnic Tibetan (both parents of Tibetan descent);Male;Resident at high altitude for ≥10 years;Willing to participate in the study as a volunteer

排除标准：

1）存在影响夜间睡眠的因素（例如：瘙痒，疼痛等）； 2）患者有精神或神经类疾病（例如：焦虑症，抑郁症，精神分裂症和双相情感障碍等）； 3）过去3个月或目前正在使用安眠药、抗抑郁剂、抗焦虑药物，或其他精神类药物，以及肌松剂等呼吸抑制剂； 4）睡眠相关运动障碍，以及合并其他睡眠疾病（例如，失眠、发作性睡眠、不宁腿综合征）； 5）合并有急性心衰、充血性心脏病、肺水肿、肥胖低通气综合征、神经系统疾病等影响呼吸系统疾病。 6) 采集数据不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of factors affecting nighttime sleep (e.g., itching, pain, etc.); 2.Patients with psychiatric or neurological disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); 3.Use of sedatives, antidepressants, anxiolytics, other psychotropic medications, or respiratory depressants (e.g., muscle relaxants) within the past 3 months or currently; 4.Sleep-related movement disorders or comorbid sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome); 5.Comorbid acute heart failure, congestive heart disease, pulmonary edema, obesity hypoventilation syndrome, or neurological disorders affecting respiratory function. 6.The data collection is incomplete.
