研究术中胰岛素持续输注对食管癌患者术后肺炎发生率的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of continuous intraoperative insulin infusion on the incidence of postoperative pneumonia in patients with esophageal cancer.

纳入标准：

A. 年龄＞18岁 B. 美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级I-III级 C. 计划全身麻醉下行腔镜下食管癌根治术患者 D. 自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

A. Age > 18 years old B. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I - III C. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer under general anesthesia D. Voluntary signing of informed consent form

排除标准：

A. 术前合并肺炎 B. 糖尿病患者 C. 严重心血管疾病患者 D. 严重肝肾功减退患者 E. 既往胰岛素过敏患者

Exclusion criteria：

A. Preoperative pneumonia B. Diabetic patients C. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases D. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction E. Patients with previous insulin allergy

患者在麻醉诱导后泵注人胰岛素（2U/h），同时按1:3的初始比例匀速输注10%葡萄糖溶液。根据术中血气分析结果动态调整胰岛素与葡萄糖比例
