研究目的：

观察长双歧杆菌CCFM1426与维生素A的组合配方在溃疡性结肠炎人群中应用的临床效果，并探究长双歧杆菌CCFM1426与维生素A的组合配方对患者肠道菌群的影响，为缓解肠道屏障损伤的膳食干预提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of the combined formula of Bifidobacterium longum CCFM1426 and vitamin A in the population with ulcerative colitis, and to explore the influence of the combined formula of Bifidobacterium longum CCFM1426 and vitamin A on the intestinal flora of patients, providing new ideas for dietary intervention to alleviate intestinal barrier damage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的诊断标准； 2.18岁≤年龄≤75岁，男女不限； 3.依从性好，能够按临床试验要求，遵守规定； 4.受试者或监护人已签署知情同意书； 5.长期服用美沙拉嗪制剂； 6.患者填写书面知情同意书，并在整个试验期间承诺配合研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subjects meets the diagnostic criteria for ulcerative colitis (UC); 2. Age: 18 years old to 75 years old, gender not limited; 3. Good compliance, capable of abiding by the regulations as required by clinical trials; 4. The subject or guardian has signed the informed consent form; 5. Long-term use of mesalazine preparations; 6. Patients fill out the written informed consent form and commit to cooperating with the study throughout the trial period.

排除标准：

1.过去1个月内使用过非甾体类药物者； 2.过去1个月内使用过激素、钙剂或维生素D治疗者； 3.长期吸烟者、妊娠妇女、肝肾功能异常者； 4.1个月内服用或使用抗生素治疗者； 5.在过去1个月内服用了微生态制剂、膳食补充剂或益生菌的患者； 6.近期饮食习惯发生重大变化的患者； 7.依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have used non-steroidal drugs within the past month; 2. Those who have received hormone, calcium or vitamin D treatment within the past one month; 3. Long-term smokers, pregnant women, and those with abnormal liver or kidney functions; 4. Those who have taken or used antibiotics for treatment within 1 months; 5. Patients who have taken microecological preparations, dietary supplements or probiotics within the past month; 6. Patients who have undergone significant changes in their dietary habits recently; 7. Patients with poor compliance.
