研究目的：

旨在拟借助患者旅程地图方法，深入探索中青年脑卒中患者就医过程中通过卫生系统从诊断到完成治疗的流程及体验，识别服务痛点及优化空间，识别就医过程中的延误点，以改善医疗服务质量，促进患者康复，改善患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to explore in depth the process and experience of young and middle-aged stroke patients from diagnosis to treatment completion through the health system during their medical treatment by means of the patient journey map method, identify service pain points and optimization space, and identify delay points in the medical treatment process, so as to improve the quality of medical services, promote patient recovery, and improve the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.依据中国脑血管病防治指南中诊断标准，根据临床特点结合相关辅助检查，并经头颅CT(Computed tomography)或头部MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging)诊断为缺血性脑卒中；
2.年龄18～44岁；
3.意识清楚，能配合完成问卷调查；
4.具有固定电话或手机通讯设备，能通过相关途径进行随访；
5.知情同意，自愿参加本次研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.According to the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of Cerebrovascular diseases, based on the clinical characteristics combined with relevant auxiliary examinations, and diagnosed as ischemic stroke by head CT(Computed tomography) or head MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging); 2.Age: 18 to 44 years old; 3.Be conscious and able to cooperate to complete the questionnaire survey; 4.Have a fixed-line telephone or mobile phone communication device and be able to conduct follow-up through relevant channels; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research.

排除标准：

1.入院后病情恶化，合并出血性脑卒中者或准备进行手术者；
2.不稳定的冠状动脉综合征、严重心力衰竭或其他医疗状况；
3.入院不足48h即转诊的患者；
4.既往有认知功能障碍或精神疾病病史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those whose conditions deteriorated after admission, combined with hemorrhagic stroke or preparing for surgery; 2.Unstable coronary syndrome, severe heart failure or other medical conditions; 3.Patients who were referred within less than 48 hours of admission; 4.There is a history of cognitive dysfunction or mental illness in the past.
