研究目的：

本研究旨在评估左束支区域起搏ATP治疗室性心动过速是否优于传统右心室ATP起搏，同时探讨其临床安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To test the effect of left bundle area pacing, in comparation with traditional right ventricular antitachycardia pacing, in patients with implantable cardioverter defibrillator

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

参考《植入型心律转复除颤器临床应用中国专家共识（2021）》，所有缺血性心脏病、非缺血性心脏病，符合ICD植入一级或二级预防的患者

Inclusion criteria

ischemic and nonischemic patients with primary or secondary indication for an ICD according to the Chinese expert consensus on implantable cardioverter defibrillation therapy (2021)

排除标准：

1: 预期生存期<1年 2: 长QT综合征、Brugada综合征等以多形性室速为主，不宜采用ATP治疗者 3: 无法配合随访或未签署知情同意书者

Exclusion criteria：

1: life expectancy less than 1 year 2: patients with LQTS, Brugada syndrome et al, in whom major arrhythmia is polymorphic ventricular tachycardia 3: patients inaccessibility for follow-up or those refused to sign informed consent
