研究目的：

1.通过文献回顾、半结构化访谈、德尔菲法构建一套针对脑卒中后运动恐惧患者的康复护理干预方案。 2.验证该干预方案在脑卒中后运动恐惧患者中的可行性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. A rehabilitation nursing intervention program for patients with post-stroke motor fear was constructed through literature review, semi-structured interview and Delphi method. 2. To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this intervention in patients with post-stroke motor fear.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.脑卒中的诊断标准符合《中国脑血管病防治指南》中脑卒中的诊断，经头颅MRI或CT证实；
2.年龄≥18岁，意识清楚，可配合；
3.发病1~12个月，已参与或正在参与康复训练；
4.患者或家属能够用手机或微信联系并记录；
5.TSK运动恐惧评分≥38分；

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnostic criteria of stroke are consistent with the diagnosis of stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease, which is confirmed by cranial MRI or CT;
2.Age over 18 years old, conscious and cooperative;
1 to 12 months after onset, has participated in or is participating in rehabilitation training;
3.Patients or their families can contact and record with mobile phones or wechat;
4.TSK motor fear score was greater than or equal to 38;

排除标准：

1.意识障碍，无法沟通及配合治疗的；
2.存在既往脑器质性疾病及其他严重躯体疾病；
3.已参加其他类似研究；
4.拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Impaired consciousness, unable to communicate and cooperate with treatment;
2.Existing organic brain disease and other serious physical diseases;
3.Participated in other similar studies;
4.Refuse to participate in this study.
