研究目的：

基于qPCR技术，对儿童感染性脑炎和免疫性脑炎病因鉴别候选生物标志物进行组合验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on qPCR technology, the combination verification of candidate biomarkers for the etiological differentiation of infectious encephalitis and immune encephalitis in children was conducted.

纳入标准：

疑似儿童细菌性脑膜炎标准，符合世界卫生组织(WHO)细菌性脑膜炎监测病例分类标准改良版： 1.生后29天至18岁； 2.急性起病； 3.有发热(腋温≥38℃)和或以下临床表现：头疼、意识改变、拒乳、呕吐、易激惹、嗜睡、肌张力低下、抽搐发作、前囟 饱满或者隆起，1项以上脑膜炎临床症状体征； 4.有以下2种情况之一：脑脊液常规WBC>100个/ml;或脑脊液常规WBC 10~100个/ml且脑脊液外观改变或葡萄糖 <40mg/dl或蛋白>100mg/dl 疑似儿童脑炎标准： 1.生后29天至18岁； 2.急性起病； 3.有发热且满足以下之一：头痛、呕吐、抽搐、意识障碍； 4.脑脊液细胞数≥15个/ml。

Inclusion criteria

Criteria for suspected bacterial meningitis in children, in line with the improved classification criteria for surveillance cases of bacterial meningitis of the World Health Organization (WHO) : 1. Age: >= 29 days and <18 years; 2. Acute onset; 3. There is fever (axillary temperature >=38℃) and or the following clinical manifestations: headache, changes in consciousness, refusal to nurse, vomiting, irritability, drowsiness, low muscle tone, convulsions, bulging or protrusion of the anterior fontanelle, and one or more clinical symptoms and signs of meningitis; 4. One of the following two situations occurs: Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leukocytes count >100 cells /ml; or 10 cells /ml 100mg/dl; Criteria for suspected encephalitis in children: 1. Age: >= 29 days and <18 years; 2. Acute onset; 3. Have a fever and meet one of the following conditions: headache, vomiting, convulsions, or consciousness disorders; 4. Cerebrospinal fluid cells is >=15 per ml;

排除标准：

1.留取脑脊液为血性脑脊液病例； 2.留取脑脊液量小于1ml患儿； 3.各种原因拒绝入组患儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Bloody cerebrospinal fluid; 2.The volume of cerebrospinal fluid <1ml; 3.Children who refuse to be enrolled for various reasons.
