研究目的：

研究CYP3A4基因多态性对芬太尼代谢的影响，探讨芬太尼镇痛作用产生个体差异的可能原因，以期为此类药物的临床个体化使用起到一定得指导作用  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the impact of CYP3A4*1G genetic polymorphism on metabolism of fentanyl in Chinese patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟行全麻择期下腹部手术患者，ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级，术前无慢性疼痛病史，无神经精神疾患，能正确理解疼痛评分规则，术后接受PCA镇痛

Inclusion criteria

aged 20-65 years, with ±20% of ideal body weight,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ

排除标准：

术前慢性疼痛病史、神经精神疾患，不能正确理解疼痛评分规则，术前使用或食用细胞色素P450酶诱导剂或抑制剂，术后不接受PCA镇痛

Exclusion criteria：

known history of chronic pain, psychiatric diseases, diabetes mellitus, severe cardiovascular diseases, kidney or liver diseases, alcohol or drug abuse,pregnancy or at lactation period. Patients who had consumed drugs (1week) or foods (3 days) known to inhibit or induce the expression of CYP3A4 enzymes prior to surgery
