研究目的：

本研究基于前瞻性队列随访，围绕宿主HLA和HPV的动态相互作用过程，筛选关键靶点，并在新的队列人群中进行体外验证。 研究目标包括： （1）寻找与HPV感染清除相关的保护型HLA分子和与HPV持续感染相关的高危型HLA分子。 （2）获得HPV16和18型E6、E7的突变特征，寻找可能逃逸宿主HLA识别和呈递的关键突变位点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on a prospective cohort follow-up, focusing on the dynamic interaction process between the host HLA and HPV, screening key targets, and conducting in vitro validation in a new cohort population. The research objectives include: (1) Identifying protective HLA molecules associated with the clearance of HPV infection and high-risk HLA molecules associated with persistent HPV infection. (2) Obtaining the mutation characteristics of HPV types 16 and 18 E6 and E7, and identifying key mutation sites that may escape host HLA recognition and presentation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为21周岁及以上的妇女，具有完整子宫颈； 2.自愿签署知情同意书，同意采集外周血、子宫颈上皮脱落细胞和子宫颈组织样本用于本研究； 3.没有临床怀孕的可疑症状，未处于哺乳期； 4.无宫颈外科手术史，可完成阴道镜检查的全过程。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 21 years or older, with an intact cervix; 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form, agreeing to provide peripheral blood, cervical exfoliated cells, and cervical tissue samples for this study; 3. No clinical symptoms suggestive of pregnancy and not currently lactating; 4. No history of cervical surgery, and able to complete the entire colposcopy procedure.

排除标准：

1.HIV/系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic Lupus Erythematosus，SLE)检测阳性； 2.被诊断有凝血功能障碍，血小板减少或者正在接受抗凝血剂治疗或者药物或者食物阻碍血小板聚集和血液凝固； 3.正在进行长期的类固醇或者免疫抑制治疗； 4.检查前3天进行阴道冲洗，或使用避孕药膏等阴道内用药者； 5.检查前24小时内有性行为或进行醋酸或碘液涂抹者； 6.身体或精神上无法接受例行子宫颈癌筛查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. HIV or Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) positive test result; 2. Diagnosed with coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, or currently receiving anticoagulant therapy, or taking medications/foods that inhibit platelet aggregation and blood clotting; 3. Undergoing long-term steroid or immunosuppressive therapy; 4. Vaginal douching or use of intravaginal medications (e.g., contraceptive creams) within 3 days prior to examination; 5. Sexual intercourse or application of acetic acid/iodine solution within 24 hours prior to examination; 6. Physical or mental inability to undergo routine cervical cancer screening.
