研究目的：

本研究的目的是揭示葡萄糖激酶(glucokinase,GCK)基因、肝核因子1A(hepatic nuclear factors-1A，HNF1A)，肝核因子4A(hepatic uclear factors-4A，HNF4A)，褪黑素受体1B(melatonin receptor 1B, MTNR1B）等易感基因及其交互作用对GDM的影响，同时研究社会文化生态因素对GDM的影响，探讨社会文化生态因素与遗传易感基因多态性的交互作用机制，以及基因在社会文化生态因素的影响下有可能产生的累积效应作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to elucidate the impact of susceptible genes, including the glucokinase (GCK) gene, hepatic nuclear factor-1A (HNF1A), hepatic nuclear factor-4A (HNF4A), and melatonin receptor 1B (MTNR1B), as well as their interactions, on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Additionally, this study investigates the influence of socio-cultural ecological factors on GDM, explores the interaction mechanisms between socio-cultural ecological factors and genetic susceptibility gene polymorphisms, and examines the potential cumulative effects of genes under the influence of socio-cultural ecological factors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；汉族；单胎妊娠；符合2010年IADPSG诊断标准：孕24-28周行75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT），5.1mmol/L≤空腹血糖< 7.0mmol/L，OGTT 1h 血糖≥10.0 mmol/L，8.5 mmol/L≤OGTT 2h血糖<11.1 mmol/L，上述任一点血糖值达标即诊断GDM；在告知相关调查内容后愿意进入队列并接受相关问卷的调查和同意血液样本的收集，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Aged >=18 years; Han ethnicity; Singleton pregnancy; Meets the diagnostic criteria of the International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups (IADPSG) in 2010: A 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) is performed at 24-28 weeks of gestation, with fasting blood glucose levels between 5.1 mmol/L and <7.0 mmol/L, 1-hour OGTT blood glucose ≥10.0 mmol/L, and 2-hour OGTT blood glucose between 8.5 mmol/L and <11.1 mmol/L. A diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is made if any one of the above blood glucose values is met; Willing to participate in the cohort study and undergo relevant questionnaires and blood sample collection after being informed of the content of the investigation, and to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

年龄<18岁、少数名族、孕前糖尿病、妊娠期显性糖尿病、合并其他内分泌疾病（甲状腺疾病等）或心血管疾病（高血压等）、近2周有相关药物服用史 (糖皮质激素、激素避孕药、苯妥英钠、抗精神疾病药物等) 、非自然受孕、多胎妊娠、糖尿病急性或慢性并发症、肿瘤或其他严重肝肾功能不全、不同意参加研究等。

Exclusion criteria：

Age <18 years; ethnic minorities; pre-gestational diabetes; overt diabetes during pregnancy; presence of other endocrine diseases (such as thyroid disease) or cardiovascular diseases (such as hypertension); history of relevant medication use within the past two weeks (e.g., corticosteroids, hormonal contraceptives, phenytoin, antipsychotic drugs, etc.); non-natural conception; multiple pregnancies; acute or chronic complications of diabetes; malignancies or other severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; unwillingness to participate in the study, etc.
