探讨睡眠管理环路的动态因果连接；探讨颂钵音疗治疗失眠的脑网络作用机制以及脑区激活分析  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the dynamic causal connection of the sleep management loop; To explore the mechanism of brain network action and the activation analysis of brain regions in the treatment of ID with singing bowl sound therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

45-75 岁；符合国际睡眠障碍分类第三版（ICSD-3）慢性失眠诊断标准；近1月未接受系统的失眠治疗(包括药物或心理治疗)，近 1 个月内未服用任何可以作用于中枢神经系统的药物；近 6 个月内未接受电休克或经颅磁刺激治疗；本人具有知情同意的能力。

Inclusion criteria

45-75 years old It meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia of the Third Edition of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3); No systematic insomnia treatment (including medication or psychotherapy) has been received in the past month, and no drugs that can act on the central nervous system have been taken in the past month. No electroconvulsive shock or transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment has been received within the past 6 months. I have the ability to give informed consent.

排除标准：

符合《精神疾病的诊断和统计手册》（DSM-IV ）轴一的其他精神疾病；人格障碍或精神发育迟滞；近 1 年内有药物或酒精依赖；严重自杀倾向或自杀行为；有神经系统器质性病变；有重大躯体疾病、慢性不稳定性躯体状况、妊娠或哺乳期妇女、听视力障碍以及近红外检查禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Other mental disorders that conform to Axis 1 of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV); Personality disorder or mental retardation; There has been drug or alcohol dependence within the past year; Severe suicidal tendencies or suicidal behaviors; There are organic lesions of the nervous system; There are major physical diseases, chronic unstable physical conditions, pregnant or lactating women, hearing and visual impairments, and contraindications for near-infrared examination.
