研究目的：

通过对比观察较短疗程布拉氏酵母菌联合基于新型钾离子竞争性酸阻滞剂伏诺拉生的大剂量阿莫西林双联方案和单纯大剂量阿莫西林双联方案在老年幽门螺杆菌感染人群中的根除率以及不良反应发生率，期待为老年Hp感染患者提供更加安全有效的根除方案，为临床治疗相关疾病提供更多有效的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To Compare the eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions of a high-dose amoxicillin dual therapy based on the potassium-competitive acid blocker Vonoprazan and a simple high-dose amoxicillin dual therapy with a shorter course of treatment using Saccharomyces boulardii in elderly with Helicobacter pylori infection, we hope to provide a safer and more effective eradication theraphy for elderly with helicobacter pylori infection.and we hope to provide more effective evidence-based medicine for clinical treatment of related diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.老年患者，年龄为50-80岁之间。 2.治疗前4周未服用抗生素、铋剂及中药，2周未服用PPI、H2受体拮抗剂等影响Hp活性的药物。 3.初次经C13或C14-尿素呼气试验、快速尿素酶试验、病理组织学诊断为HP阳性，既往未接受Hp根除治疗。 4.患者知情并同意参与本研究，病历资料和随访记录完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 50 to 80 years,maleor female. 2. Did not take antibiotics, bismuth, or Chinese traditional medicines with antibacterial effects in the previous month, and did not take PPI, H2 receptor antagonists, or other drugs that affect H. pylori activity within the previous 2?weeks. 3. Diagnosis of H. pylori infection by carbon-13/14 urea breath test (13C/14C-UBT) or immunohistochemical staining of biopsy samples,treatment-naive. 4. Provided informed consent to participate in this study.Patients with complete medical records and follow-up records.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺、肾功能不全，免疫力低下者。 2.存在药物过敏禁忌证者。 3.存在精神疾病、沟通障碍者。 4.妊娠期、哺乳期者。 5.合并有消化道肿瘤、消化道出血等器质性病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe diseases or clinical conditions, such as liver disease, lung disease, and cardio vascular disease and low immunity. 2. Allergy to penicillin or other medications used in this clinical trial. 3. Patients with communication disorders due to mental illness. 4. pregnancy or lactation. 5. Presence of severe gastrointestinal diseases, such as malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding.
