研究目的：

旨在通过混合方法评估上海市新生儿复苏跨学科培训项目的效果。基于 Kirkpatrick 框架从以下层面展开： 1. 自我评价层面：通过BPNSFS量表评估医护人员对跨学科培训的自我评价、能力评价和伙伴关系评价； 2. 学习层面：分析培训前后理论知识、技能操作（气管插管、正压通气、胸外心脏按压）及心理状态（NASA-task）的变化； 3. 行为层面：通过回顾培训前后各区危重新生儿在产房管理的行为，探讨培训对临床实践中复苏流程规范性和团队协作的影响； 4. 结果层面：比较培训前后危重新生儿复苏成功率、并发症发生率及死亡率，验证培训对临床结局的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the interdisciplinary training program for neonatal resuscitation through a mixed-methods approach. It will be carried out from the following aspects based on the Kirkpatrick framework: 1. Self-evaluation level: Evaluate the self-evaluation, competence evaluation, and partnership evaluation of medical staff regarding the interdisciplinary training through the BPNSFS scale. 2. Knowledge level: Analyze the changes in theoretical knowledge, skill operations (tracheal intubation, positive pressure ventilation and chest compressions), before and after the training. 3. Behavior level: By reviewing the behaviors of critically ill newborns during delivery room management in each district before and after the training, explore the impact of the training on the standardization of the resuscitation process and team collaboration in clinical practice. 4. Outcome level: Compare the resuscitation success rate, complication incidence rate, and mortality rate of critically ill newborns before and after the training to verify the improvement effect of the training on clinical outcomes.

纳入标准：

1、上海市选定行政区医院的产房医护人员，包括产科医生和护士、助产士、麻醉科医生和护士、新生儿科/儿科医生和护士。 2、完整参加由NRSC-MPTI项目举办的新生儿复苏培训两阶段培训。

Inclusion criteria

1. Medical staff in the delivery rooms of the selected districts in Shanghai, including obstetricians and nurses, midwives, anesthesiologists and nurses, neonatologists/pediatricians and nurses. 2. Participants who have completely attended the two-stage neonatal resuscitation training organized by the NRSC-MPTI project.

排除标准：

1、拒绝参加培训或者考核者； 2、拒绝完成个人问卷者； 3、因心理因素不能胜任考试者（提前告知）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who refuse to participate in the training or assessment; 2. Those who refuse to complete the personal questionnaire; 3. Those who are unable to perform the examination due to physical or psychological factors (informed in advance).
