研究目的：

文献回顾、专家会议构建基于健康行为改变整合理论的膝关节单髁置换术患者康复锻炼方案，并通过类实验研究验证方案的有效性。为提高单间室置换术患者康复依从性提供参考，提高患者康复锻炼依从性，促进患者关节功能恢复。  

Objectives of Study：

A rehabilitation exercise program for patients undergoing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty based on the integrated theory of health behavior change was constructed through literature review and expert meetings, and the effectiveness of the program was verified through quasi-experimental research.To provide a reference for improving the rehabilitation compliance of patients with unicompartmental replacement, improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise, and promote the recovery of joint function of patients.

纳入标准：

年龄≥60 周岁；确诊为膝关节骨性关节炎；初次行单侧膝关节置换术

Inclusion criteria

Age >= 60 years old; diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis; Primary unilateral knee arthroplasty

排除标准：

合并认知功能障碍或精神疾病的患者；存在严重听力和视力障碍，沟通交流不便的患者；经研究者解释后拒绝参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental disease; patients with severe hearing and visual impairment and communication difficulties; ③Refusal of the participant after explanation by the investigator.

对照组：研究对照组采用外科常规护理方案及康复方案。 入院时：进行常规入院宣教及告知，包括讲解病区环境和住院期间的注意事项等，评估患者跌倒、营养等评分并给予对应的护理措施。 围手术期：术前进行常规宣教，包括单髁置换科普、术前检查注意事项、饮食准备、用药指导、术中配合（深呼吸运动）、术后康复锻炼指导（踝泵运动、直腿抬高锻炼）；术后指导病人缓解疼痛，督促病人进行床上功能锻炼，指导正确下床技巧和早期下床活动，注意患者情绪变化并进行心理疏导。 出院时：进行常规出院及居家康复宣教，告知出院带药注意事项、术后复查时间及预约方式，宣教术后坚持居家康复锻炼的重要性，术后早期以卧床休息为主，逐渐加强肌肉锻炼，逐渐过渡到上下楼梯的锻炼，循序渐进。

Control group: The study control group received routine surgical care and rehabilitation program. On admission, routine admission education and notification were carried out, including explaining the ward environment and precautions during hospitalization, assessing the scores of patient falls and nutrition, and giving corresponding nursing measures. During the perioperative period, routine preoperative education was carried out, including popular science of UKA, preoperative examination precautions, diet preparation, medication guidance, intraoperative cooperation (deep breathing exercise), postoperative rehabilitation exercise guidance (ankle pump exercise, straight leg raising exercise). After the operation, the patients were instructed to relieve pain, to supervise the patients to perform functional exercise in bed, to guide the correct ambulation skills and early ambulation, to pay attention to the emotional changes of patients and to give psychological counseling. At the time of discharge, routine discharge and home rehabilitation education were carried out, and the precautions of discharge medication, postoperative review time and appointment method were informed, and the importance of adhering to home rehabilitation exercise after surgery was taught. In the early postoperative period, bed rest was given priority to, muscle exercise was gradually strengthened, and the exercise was gradually transferred to walking up and down stairs.
