研究目的：

（1）评估干燥综合征患者衰弱的发生率；（2）研究该类患者衰弱的影响因素；（3）探讨衰弱对该类患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Assess the incidence of frailty in patients with Sjogren's syndrome; (2) Study the influencing factors of frailty in this type of patient; (3) Explore the impact of frailty on the prognosis of these patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据2002年美欧修订的SS国际分类标准或2016年美国风湿病学会(ACR)/欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)制定的pSS分类标准而诊断为原发性干燥综合征的患者； 2.首次因确诊或因病情活动而住院。 3.年龄和性别不限。 4.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with primary Sjogren's syndrome according to the revised SS international classification standards in the United States and Europe in 2002 or the pSS classification standards developed by the American Society of Rheumatology (ACR)/European Union Against Rheumatology (EULAR) in 2016; 2. First hospitalization due to diagnosis or active illness. 3. Age and gender are not limited. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.继发性干燥综合征； 2.重度失能或痴呆，无法配合衰弱评估或无法进行有效交流； 3.恶行肿瘤活动期或近5年内的恶性肿瘤； 4.拒绝签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary Sjogren's syndrome; 2. Severe disability or dementia, unable to cooperate with frailty assessment or unable to communicate effectively; 3. Malignant tumors during the active period of malignant tumors or within the past 5 years; 4. Refusing to sign informed consent form.
