Analyze the influence of delivery time on perinatal pain and its possible mechanism

纳入标准：

初产妇、年龄20-35岁、顺产、规律作息者

Inclusion criteria

First-time mothers, those aged 20 to 35, birth naturally, have a regular schedule

排除标准：

1.慢性病史，有肝病、肾病、精神病、高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、内分泌系统疾病等疾病病史者； 2.有妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压，前置胎盘者； 3.有药物服用史、吸毒史、传染病史者； 4.夜间工作者； 5.素食主义者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with a history of chronic diseases, including liver diseases, kidney diseases, mental illness, hypertension, heart diseases, diabetes, endocrine system diseases, etc; 2. Those with gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, and placenta previa; 3. Those with a history of drug use, drug abuse, or infectious diseases; 4. Night workers; 5. Vegetarian.

利用低频神经肌肉刺激仪来模拟疼痛感受。1）设置参数：设置固定低频神经肌肉刺激仪的参数，包括刺激电流强度、频率和持续时间等；2）确定刺激位置：右上臂 内侧中上1/3处；3）痛敏检测和记录：进行刺激操作后记录被试者的VAS评分。

Measure method：

The low-frequency neuromuscular stimulator is used to simulate the perception of pain. 1) Set parameters: Set the parameters of the fixed low-frequency neuromuscular stimulator, including the intensity, frequency and duration of the stimulation current, etc. 2) Determine the location of the stimulus: the middle and upper 1/3 of the inner side of the right upper arm; 3) Pain sensitivity detection and recording: Record the VAS score of the subject after the stimulation operation.
