研究目的：

通过比较不同组别各指标数据的差异，分析研究对象应变率比值与卵巢体积、窦卵泡数、卵巢基质血流参数、血清AMH浓度的相关性，采用受试者工作特征（ROC)曲线进行诊断价值分析，从而探讨应变式超声弹性成像评价卵巢储备功能的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the differences in various indicators of different groups, analyzing the correlation between the strain rate ratio of the research object and ovarian volume, antral follicle number, ovarian stromal blood flow parameters, and serum AMH concentration, and using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves for diagnostic value analysis, this study explores the value of strain gauge ultrasound elastography in evaluating ovarian reserve function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.能耐受阴式超声检查者；DOR组AMH<1.1ng／ml；对照组AMH 1.1 ～4.6ng／ml。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who can tolerate transvaginal ultrasound examination;
2.DOR group AMH<1.1ng/ml;
3.The control group had an AMH of 1.1-4.6ng/ml.

排除标准：

年龄>45岁；多囊卵巢综合征患者；合并卵巢良恶性肿瘤患者； 合并甲状腺或肾上腺疾病者；近期内接受排卵治疗或者服用激素药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age>45 years old;
2.Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome;
3.Patients with combined ovarian benign and malignant tumors;
4.Patients with combined thyroid or adrenal diseases;
5.Individuals who have recently undergone ovulation treatment or taken hormone medications.
