研究目的:

(1)分析当前本科护生在课堂小组合作学习过程中面临的能力方面的问题,科学、系统地构建一套针对性的培训方案。 (2)实施并评估小组合作学习能力培训方案对本科护生合作学习能力、学习能力、自主学习能力和合作学习满意度的影响,分析不同时间点的结果变化。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To analyze the current problems faced by undergraduate nursing students in the process of classroom group cooperative learning in terms of competency, scientifically and systematically construct a set of targeted training programs. (2)To implement and evaluate the impact of the group cooperative learning competency training program on undergraduate nursing students' cooperative learning competency, learning competency, autonomous learning competency and cooperative learning satisfaction, and analyze the changes in the results at different time points.

纳入标准:

(1) 二年级本科护生; (2) 具有小组合作学习课堂任务经历的学生; (3) 知情同意,自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Second year undergraduate nursing students; (2) Students with experience in cooperative group learning classroom tasks; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准:

(1) 因休学、病假或精神心理问题等原因无法参与的学生; (2) 过去十二个月内已参加或正在参加其他近似主题研究的学生。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Students who are unable to participate due to suspension, sick leave, or psychiatric or psychological problems; (2) Students who have engaged in or are currently involved in research on related topics within the past twelve months.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

在干预前、干预后即刻、干预后1个月三个时间点依次对干预组和对照组进行一般资料调查问卷、合作学习量表、学习能力量表、护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表、合作学习满意度量表的收集。研究数据将以研究编号的形式标识,储存在加密设备中,任何识别身份的信息都不会被公开。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

General information questionnaires, cooperative learning scale, learning competency scale, nursing college students' autonomous learning competency assessment scale, and cooperative learning satisfaction scale were collected from the intervention and control groups sequentially at three time points: pre-intervention, immediate post-intervention, and 1 month post-intervention. The study data will be identified with a study number, stored in an encrypted device, and any identifying information will not be made public.
