研究目的：

探究阿替普酶与尿激酶在超选眼动脉溶栓治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞中的疗效比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of alteplase and urokinase in superselective ophthalmic artery thrombolysis for central retinal artery occlusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

临床诊断为视网膜中央动脉阻塞的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with clinical diagnosis of central retinal artery occlusion

排除标准：

1、有全视网膜激光光凝或抗 血管内皮生长因子治疗史，以及其他类型的内眼手术史 2、有眼外伤史 3、患有其他视网膜/脉络膜疾病，年龄相关性黄斑变性、玻璃体视网膜牵引、视网膜前膜、黄斑裂孔或葡萄膜炎等 4、双眼 WSS-OCTA 图像质量差，患者依从性差

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of panretinal laser photocoagulation or anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy, and other types of intraocular surgery 2. History of ocular trauma 3. With other retinal/choroidal diseases, age-related macular degeneration, vitreoretinal traction, epiretinal membrane, macular hole or uveitis, etc. 4. Poor WSS-OCTA image quality in both eyes and poor patient compliance
