MFA促进干预措施形式、内容、效果进行较为广泛和深入的探索分析：（1）明确全球视角下关于MFA干预措施的操作内涵；（2）形成一套适用于我国分娩人群生育特色的干预方案；（3）为提升孕产妇分娩体验提供理论依据和实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study proposes a three-phase research approach consisting of a scoping review—intervention program development—implementation effect evaluation, aiming to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth exploration and analysis of the form, content, and effectiveness of MFA (Maternal-Fetal Attachment) promotion interventions: (1) Clarify the operational connotation of MFA interventions from a global perspective; (2) Develop an intervention program tailored to the childbirth characteristics of the Chinese population; (3) Provide theoretical foundations and practical references for improving maternal childbirth experiences

纳入标准：

1 孕周在12-28周之间的孕妇； 2 无严重妊娠并发症或精神疾病； 3 自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women with a gestational age between 12 and 28 weeks; 2. Absence of severe pregnancy complications or mental disorders; 3. Voluntary participation in the study and provision of signed informed consent;

排除标准：

1 有严重妊娠并发症（如妊娠高血压、 糖尿病等）； 2 有精神疾病史或正在接受心理治疗； 3 无法全程参与干预课程。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe pregnancy complications (e.g., gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc.); 2. History of mental disorders; 3. Inability to participate in the full course of the intervention program;.

采用随机数字表法将参与者随机分为干预组和对照组。通过Excel产生1-78之间的随机种子数，并将随机分配序列交由一名不参与干预实施的成员A保管。

Participants were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group using the random number table method. Random seed numbers between 1 and 78 were generated in Excel, and the random allocation sequence was kept by a member A who was not involved in the implementation of the intervention.
