研究目的：

探讨术中低体温危险因素以及低剂量去甲肾上腺素持续泵注对术中低体温发生率影响，为患者在全身麻醉期间预防低体温提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia and the influence of continuous pumping of low dose norepinephrine on the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia, and to provide a theoretical basis for patients to prevent hypothermia during general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； （2）病人依从性良好，能配合术后随访； （3）拟接受全身麻醉行非心脏择期手术，预计手术时间>30min； （4）年龄>18周岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ; 2.The patient has good compliance and can cooperate with postoperative follow-up; 3. It is planned to undergo non-cardiac elective surgery under general anesthesia, and the estimated operation time is > 30min;; 4.Age > 18 years old;

排除标准：

（1）去甲肾上腺素药物过敏患者； （2）未经治疗或控制不佳的高血压患者； （3）术前低血压或血流动力学不稳患者； （4）心衰、心律失常、心肌缺血、窦性心动过缓患者； （5）合并动脉瘤等需要术中严格控制血压患者； （6）严重肝肾功能异常患者； （7）妊娠或哺乳期患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with norepinephrine drug allergy; 2. Hypertensive patients without treatment or poor control; 3. Patients with preoperative hypotension or hemodynamic instability; 4. Patients with heart failure, arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia and sinus bradycardia; 5. Patients complicated with aneurysm who need strict blood pressure control during operation; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients;
