研究目的：

研究随访卵巢组织冻存对于特纳综合征患者生育力保存中的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To study and follow up on the effect of ovarian tissue cryopreservation on fertility preservation in patients with Turner syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

TS患者； AMH>0.16 ng/L、FSH<20 U/L、经腹部AFC≥1，至少有一个阳性参数； 有强烈生育力保存意愿； 能够耐受手术和麻醉； 能够配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with TS AMH>0.16 ng/L, FSH<20 U/L, transabdominal AFC>=1, with at least one positive parameter; Have a strong willingness to preserve fertility; Be able to tolerate surgery and anesthesia; Be able to cooperate with the follow-up.

排除标准：

患有急性或严重传染性疾病(艾滋病、梅毒等)； 患有先天性心脏病或其他严重心血管事件； 患有严重精神疾病； 有手术或麻醉禁忌症； 其他不符合法律或伦理的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffer from acute or severe infectious diseases (such as AIDS, syphilis, etc.); Suffering from congenital heart disease or other serious cardiovascular events; Suffer from serious mental illness; There are contraindications for surgery or anesthesia; Other circumstances that do not comply with the law or ethics.
