研究目的：

1.明确不同衰弱水平老年人下肢生物力学特性 2.明确数字生物标志物对老年人衰弱发展轨迹及其影响因素 3.基于衰弱相关数字生物标志物，探讨老年人姿势稳定性和衰弱的中介机制研究  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the biomechanical characteristics of the lower limbs of the elderly with different levels of frailty 2. Clarify the impact of digital biomarkers on the development trajectory of frailty in the elderly and its influencing factors 3. Based on digital biomarkers related to frailty, explore the mediating mechanism of postural stability and frailty in the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.60岁以上; 2.签署知情同意书; 3.未纳入其他研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 60 years old; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. No other studies were included.

排除标准：

1.近期急性心梗(3-5天)，不稳定型心绞痛，静息心电图提示急性心脏事件; 2.导致症状或血流动力学损害的心律失常，未安装起搏器的高度房室传导阻滞; 3.急性充血性心力衰竭或心功能III-IV级(纽约分级); 4.主动脉夹层，主动脉瘤或严重的瓣膜性疾病; 5.未控制的哮喘、肺水肿、显著的肺动脉高压或静息血氧饱和度小于85%; 6.中重度认知功能障碍、精神性疾病不能配合; 7.听力、语言或视力障碍引起沟通障碍; 8.无法提供知情同意文件或规律随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recent acute myocardial infarction (3-5 days), unstable angina, resting ECG suggests acute cardiac events; 2. Cardiac arrhythmias leading to symptoms or hemodynamic impairment, high-grade atrioventricular block without pacemaker; 3. Acute congestive heart failure or cardiac function class III-IV (New York classification); 4. Aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm or severe valvular disease; 5. Uncontrolled asthma, pulmonary edema, significant pulmonary hypertension or resting oxygen saturation less than 85%; 6. Moderate to severe cognitive dysfunction and mental illness cannot cooperate; 7. Communication disorders caused by hearing, speech or vision impairment; 8. Inability to provide informed consent documents or regular follow-up.
