研究目的：

分析结直肠癌术后患者久坐行为潜在类别促进因素及阻碍因素，通过潜在剖面分析方法，探讨结直肠患者久坐行为潜在类别及其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

analyze the potential promotion and hindrance factors of sedentary behavior in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery, and to explore the potential categories and influencing factors of sedentary behavior in patients with colorectal cancer through latent profile analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经《2023 年版中国结直肠癌诊疗规范》确诊为结直肠癌者; 2.通过《Barthel 指数评定表》评分为 100 分，日常生活能力完全自理; 3.接受结直肠癌手术治疗出院后进行化疗患者; 4.签署知情同意书并参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those diagnosed with colorectal cancer by the "2023 Edition of China's Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines"; 2. Those who passed the "Barthel Index Rating Scale" score of 100 points and were completely self-sufficient in daily living; 3. Patients who received colorectal cancer surgery and were discharged from the hospital after chemotherapy; 4. Sign the informed consent form and participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病或认知障碍者； 2.不能语言沟通者； 3.永久性造口患者； 4.有严重心血管疾病和肢体活动障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Persons with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Those who cannot communicate with language; 3. Patients with permanent stoma; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease and physical mobility disorders.
