研究目的：

1.阐述三维重建技术在早期非小细胞肺癌胸腔镜下肺段切除术中的应用价值，尤其是对解剖结构复杂的肺段的手术难度的影响。 2.通过问卷调查，收集术者手术后的主观感受，进行统计分析，评价三维重建技术对术者主观感受的影响，为优化临床手术提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the clinical value of 3D reconstruction technology in thoracoscopic segmentectomy for early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly its impact on surgical difficulty in anatomically complex pulmonary segments. 2.To assess the impact of 3D reconstruction technology on surgeons' subjective experiences through postoperative questionnaires, providing statistical analysis and scientific evidence for optimizing clinical procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18 岁≤年龄≤80 岁，无重大术前合并症。 2. 拟行胸腔镜下肺段除术。 3.单侧手术。 4.有完整的胸部CT数据，CT层厚＜2mm。 5.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18–80 years, without major preoperative comorbidities. 2. Scheduled for thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy. 3. Unilateral surgery (single-side procedure). 4. Availability of complete chest CT data with slice thickness <2 mm. 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患者行CT扫描时移动或呼吸造成CT图像质量差。 2.心脏、肝、肺、肾功能不全等严重合并症不能耐受手术者。 3.影响肺血管走形的病变，如：肺隔离症、大量气胸、巨大肺大疱、毁损肺、肺门巨大占位等。 4.有胸部创伤或同侧胸部手术史的患者，可能会导致胸膜粘连。 5.患有精神疾病的患者。 6.对造影剂或其他医疗设备过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor-quality CT images due to patient movement or breathing during scanning. 2. Severe comorbidities (e.g., cardiac, hepatic, pulmonary, or renal insufficiency) rendering the patient unfit for surgery. 3. Lesions affecting pulmonary vasculature anatomy, such as: Pulmonary sequestration, Massive pneumothorax, Giant pulmonary bullae, Destroyed lung, Large hilar masses 4. History of chest trauma or ipsilateral thoracic surgery (risk of pleural adhesions). 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders. 6. Allergy to contrast agents or medical equipment used in the procedure.
