研究目的：

本研究旨在通过多中心的随机对照试验，比较脉冲消融（PFA）与射频消融（RFA）在治疗室性心律失常中的安全性与有效性，探索更优化的治疗策略。使用惠泰医疗一次性使用磁电定位压力监测脉冲电场消融导管搭配HT-9000 PRO三维标测系统与强生 CARTO消融系统。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the safety and efficacy of Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) and Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias through a multicenter, randomized controlled trial, with the goal of exploring more optimized treatment strategies. The study utilizes the Hitachi Medical single-use magneto-electric positioning pressure monitoring pulsed electric field ablation catheter in combination with the HT-9000 PRO three-dimensional mapping system and the Johnson & Johnson CARTO ablation system.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 >= 18 岁 2.明确诊断的症状性室性心律失常（PVCs >=10% 负荷或持续/非持续性VT） 3.同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years 2. Clearly diagnosed symptomatic ventricular arrhythmias (PVCs >=10% load or sustained/non-sustained VT) 3. Agree and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.不稳定性心衰、严重瓣膜病等 2.心源性猝死病史 3.妊娠期女性 4.植入ICD且近期频繁电击史 5.VA起源于房室结附近或近端传导系统 6.明确禁忌射频或电生理检查者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unstable heart failure, severe valvular disease, etc. 2.History of sudden cardiac death 3.Pregnant women 4.Patients with an ICD and a history of frequent shocks 5.VT originating near the atrioventricular node or the proximal conduction system 6.Contraindications to radiofrequency or electrophysiological testing
