Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To explore the relationship between the prognosis after DALK surgery for keratoconus and the position of the cone

纳入标准：

入选标准：纳入2015-2023年间术前疾病进展状态相似，接受DALK术前术后资料完整的圆锥角膜患者。至少术后一年，完全拆线半年。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Keratoconus patients with similar preoperative disease progression status who underwent DALK from 2015 to 2023 and complete preoperative and postoperative data were included. At least one year after operation, the stitching was completely removed for half a year.

排除标准：

排除标准：排除了患有其他相关眼部疾病的患者，如角结膜炎、青光眼、白内障、视网膜疾病和斜视。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other related eye diseases, such as keratoconjunctivitis, glaucoma, cataract, retinal diseases and strabismus, were excluded.
