研究目的：

1.通过系统的调查研究，掌握广东省特殊教育学校学生的整体健康和口腔健康状况（如龋病、牙周疾病的患病率），并分析影响其口腔健康的主要因素（包括生理、行为、环境和社会支持等因素）； 2.基于学校场景，实施年度口腔检查与局部涂氟等预防性干预措施，并开展针对特殊儿童、家长和教师的口腔健康教育，提高特殊儿童的口腔卫生水平； 3.通过基线调查、干预实施及随访评估，分析干预措施的有效性和可行性，探索适用于特殊教育学校的长期且可推广的长效口腔健康管理模式。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To grasp the overall health and oral health status of students in special education schools in Guangdong Province (such as the prevalence of caries and periodontal disease) through systematic investigation and research, and analyze the main factors affecting their oral health (including physiological, behavioral, environmental and social support factors); 2. Implement preventive interventions such as annual oral examinations and topical fluoride application based on school scenarios, and carry out oral health education for special children, parents and teachers to improve the oral hygiene level of special children; 3. Analyze the effectiveness and feasibility of the intervention through baseline investigation, intervention implementation and follow-up evaluation, and explore a long-term and scalable long-term oral health management model suitable for special education schools.

纳入标准：

1.广东省特殊教育学校在校生； 2.年龄范围为6至15岁； 3.研究对象的监护人须签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Students in special education schools in Guangdong Province; 2. The age range is 6 to 15 years old; 3. The guardian of the study subject must sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有严重全身性疾病的学生，包括但不限于严重的心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、免疫缺陷疾病等情况； 2.无法配合口腔检查的学生，例如患有严重行为障碍、极端恐惧牙科操作或无法完成必要的检查步骤的个体。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Students with severe systemic diseases, including but not limited to severe cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, immunodeficiency diseases, etc.; 2. Students who are unable to cooperate with oral examinations, such as individuals with severe behavioral disorders, extreme fear of dental procedures, or inability to complete the necessary examination steps.
