研究目的：

本研究旨在联合CT、多参数MR序列图像，应用影像组学和深度学习的研究方法，提取CT及不同参数MR的有效特征构建模型，预测肝癌分期及预后预测中的应用价值，为早期选择合适的治疗方式提供一定帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to combine CT and multi-parameter MR sequence images, apply imaging omics and deep learning research methods, extract effective characteristics of CT and MR with different parameters to build models, predict the application value in liver cancer stage and prognosis prediction, and provide certain help for choosing appropriate treatment methods in the early stage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学证实为HCC；2.治愈性手术切除或肝移植；3.术前两周内接受Gd—DPTA MRI或CT增强扫描

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically confirmed as HCC; 2. Curative surgical resection or liver transplantation; 3. Receive Gd-DPTA MRI or CT enhanced scan within two weeks before the operation

排除标准：

1.复发性HCC或合并其他原发性肿瘤；2.图像质量不满足后处理要求；3.术前有抗癌治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recurrent HCC or combined with other primary tumors; 2. The image quality does not meet the post-processing requirements; 3. There is a history of anti-cancer treatment before the operation.
