研究目的：

(1). 评估瞳孔成形联合白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入房角分离术治疗大瞳孔闭角型青光眼的可行性和安全性。 (2). 分析瞳孔成形联合白内障房角分离术降低眼压的效果，观察术后房角开放情况及其对青光眼病情的改善。 (3). 探讨瞳孔成型术与白内障房角分离术联合应用对术后视功能恢复和生活质量的影响。 (4). 比较瞳孔成型术联合白内障房角分离术与单纯白内障联合房角分离术在临床疗效上的差异，为临床治疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1). Evaluate the feasibility and safety of pupil shaping combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for angle separation surgery in the treatment of large pupil angle closure glaucoma. (2). Analyze the effect of pupil shaping combined with cataract angle separation surgery on reducing intraocular pressure, observe the postoperative angle opening and its improvement on glaucoma condition. (3). Exploring the combined application of pupillary shaping surgery and cataract angle separation surgery on postoperative visual function recovery and quality of life. (4). Compare the clinical efficacy differences between pupillary shaping surgery combined with cataract angle separation surgery and simple cataract combined with angle separation surgery, and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

诊断为急性闭角型青光眼；瞳孔散大（瞳孔直径>5mm)，直接对光反射和间接对光反射消失；术前畏光症状明显；合并白内障；白内障术后均植入同一种IOL；术前及术后检查评估资料齐全；术后能按时接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosed as acute angle closure glaucoma; Pupil dilation (pupil diameter>5mm), disappearance of direct and indirect light reflexes; Preoperative photophobia symptoms are obvious; Combined cataract; After cataract surgery, the same type of IOL was implanted; Complete preoperative and postoperative examination and evaluation data; Can receive timely follow-up after surgery.

排除标准：

诊断为继发性青光眼；视力数指以下；合并角膜白斑、角膜溃疡变等角膜疾病；合并葡萄膜炎；合并视网膜脱离、眼底出血、糖尿病视网膜病变等其他严重影响视力的眼底疾病；患者拒绝或无法配合检查者。不能进行随访；

Exclusion criteria：

Diagnosed as secondary glaucoma; Visual acuity refers to the following; Combining corneal diseases such as leukoplakia and corneal ulceration; Combined uveitis; Other fundus diseases that seriously affect vision, such as retinal detachment, fundus hemorrhage, diabetes retinopathy, etc; The patient refuses or is unable to cooperate with the examiner. Cannot conduct follow-up;
