研究目的：

亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮是否对全麻手术的前列腺电切术患者术后认知功能有改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

Does sub - anesthetic dose of esketamine improve the postoperative cognitive function of patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate under general anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥65岁，术前MMSE评分≥24分，ASA分级1-3级，术前可正常交流。

Inclusion criteria

Age >= 65 years old, preoperative MMSE score >= 24 points, ASA grade 1 - 3, and able to communicate normally before surgery.

排除标准：

1.既往有严重精神障碍病史； 2.高血压未经治理或血压控制不佳； 3.青光眼或眼部手术史； 4.长期酗酒患者； 5.肝肾功能异常患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With a history of severe mental disorders in the past. 2. Patients with untreated hypertension or poorly controlled blood pressure. 3. Patients with glaucoma or a history of eye surgery. 4. Patients with long - term alcoholism. 5. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function.
