研究目的：

了解中国新诊断的III期或IV期CC或EC患者接受传统治疗的患者旅程，包括①患者的治疗决策因素和治疗体验，以及②患者在治疗后监测期间未满足的需求。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the patient journey in conventional therapy for newly diagnosed stage III or IV CC or EC in China, including ①patients’ treatment decision making factors and treatment experiences and ② patients’ unmet needs during post-treatment surveillance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁及以上 2.新诊断的III期或IV期CC或EC 3.在2022年12月至2024年12月期间完成了初始传统治疗（至少包括化疗、放疗或放化疗），治疗在诊断后6个月内进行。 4. 被医生告知病情稳定 5.患者必须签署研究知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 years of age and above 2. Newly diagnosed stage III or IV CC or EC 3. Completed initial conventional therapy (including at least chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or chemoradiotherapy) between December 2022 and December 2024, with treatment administered within 6 months of diagnosis. 4. Be told by your doctor that your condition is stable 5. Patients must sign the study informed consent form

排除标准：

1. 既往接受过抗PD-1、抗PD-L1或抗PD-L2靶向生物治疗或针对另一种刺激或共抑制T细胞受体的药物治疗 2. 既往参与过或正在参与临床试验 3.初始治疗后接受另一线治疗的患者 4. 无法或不愿提供知情同意书 5.语言不流利 6.表示或表现出听力困难，这将使交谈具有挑战性

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prior treatment with anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-PD-L2 targeted biologic therapy or another drug that stimulates or co-inhibits the T cell receptor 2. Previous participation or ongoing participation in clinical trials 3. Patients receiving another line of therapy after initial treatment 4. Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent 5. Not fluent in language 6. Expressing or exhibiting hearing difficulties that would make conversation challenging
