本研究旨在开发一种基于生成对抗网络(GAN)的图像合成模型,利用平扫CT/MR图像合成高质量的腹部三期增强CT/MR图像,用于局灶性肝脏病变(FLLs)的检测,并结合影像组学和深度学习技术构建高精度的无创诊断模型,以实现对FLLs的精准鉴别诊断,降低患者辐射风险和检查成本,同时提高诊断效率和准确性。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to develop a GAN-based image synthesis model to generate high-quality triphasic enhanced CT/MR images from non-contrast CT/MR images for the detection of focal liver lesions (FLLs). It will also construct a high-precision non-invasive diagnostic model by integrating radiomics and deep learning techniques to accurately differentiate FLLs, thereby reducing patients' radiation exposure and examination costs while improving diagnostic efficiency and accuracy. |

纳入标准: |
(1)年龄:18岁以上的成年人。 (2)同时行增强CT和平扫CT检查发现FLLs。并通过病理证FLLs的病理类型,如肝细胞肝癌,胆管细胞癌,肝转移瘤,肝腺瘤,肝局限性结节增生等;或具有典型影像表现,根据增强图像能直接诊断的FLLs,如肝血管瘤,肝囊肿等。 (3)所有患者影像资料完整,增强CT图像为标准的三期扫描,即包括动脉期,静脉期,延迟期。 |

Inclusion criteria |
(1) Age: Adults aged 18 years or older. (2) Patients who have undergone both contrast-enhanced CT and non-contrast CT scans and were found to have focal liver lesions (FLLs). The pathological types of FLLs have been confirmed through pathology, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, liver metastases, hepatic adenoma, focal nodular hyperplasia, etc.; or the FLLs have typical imaging features that can be directly diagnosed based on the enhanced images, such as hepatic hemangiomas, hepatic cysts, etc. (3) All patients have complete imaging data, and the enhanced CT images are standard triphasic scans, including the arterial phase, portal venous phase, and delayed phase. |
