研究目的:

1、探讨利用惯性传感器分析阿尔茨海默症患者行为变化特征和运动康复训练中的数据变 化,以揭示其行为特征;深入挖掘惯性传感器技术在识别阿尔茨海默症早期症状方面的潜 在应用潜力;研究惯性传感器如何辅助阿尔茨海默症的治疗与康复过程,并展望其未来的 应用前景。 2、使用惯性传感器技术来监测帕金森患者的运动障碍并提供姿势控制,以帮助分析患者 的运动行为特征;探索利用惯性传感器数据分析,发现帕金森病的运动特征,以实现针对 性的康复干预;利用惯性传感器为康复训练的患者提供实时反馈,以检查康复动作是否规 范。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the use of inertial sensors to analyze the behavioral changes and data variations in the motor rehabilitation training of patients with Alzheimer's disease, in order to reveal their behavioral characteristics; to further investigate the potential application of inertial sensor technology in identifying early symptoms of Alzheimer's disease; to study how inertial sensors can assist in the treatment and rehabilitation of Alzheimer's disease, and to look forward to its future application prospects. 2. To use inertial sensor technology to monitor motor impairments in patients with Parkinson's disease and provide posture control, in order to help analyze the motor behavior characteristics of patients; to explore the use of inertial sensor data analysis to identify the motor features of Parkinson's disease, so as to achieve targeted rehabilitation interventions; to use inertial sensors to provide real-time feedback to patients undergoing rehabilitation training, in order to check whether the rehabilitation movements are standardized.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①年龄 80 岁以下; ②具有独立走路的能力和沟通能力,并能够参加研究所要求的训练; ③Barthel 指数总分>60 分,生活基本自理; ④愿意参加本研究,签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 Aged under 80 years old; 2 Having the ability to walk independently and communicate effectively, and being able to participate in the training required by the study; 3 Barthel Index total score > 60 points, with the ability to perform basic self-care in daily life; 4 Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

① 视力和听力异常影响到正常沟通; ② 运动障碍或腿部问题,如膝关节置换术或髋关节置换术; ③ 有严重心肺或重大中枢神经系统疾病,不能耐受评估过程的患者; ④ 可能损害认知和步态的重大精神疾病,如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍或酗酒; ⑤ 正参加其他康复相关临床试验的患者; ⑥不愿签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria:

1 Abnormal vision or hearing that affects normal communication; 2 Motor impairments or leg problems, such as knee replacement or hip replacement surgery; 3 Patients with severe cardiopulmonary or significant central nervous system diseases that cannot tolerate the assessment process; 4 Significant psychiatric disorders that may impair cognition and gait, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or alcoholism; 5 Patients currently participating in other rehabilitation-related clinical trials; 6 Unwillingness to sign the informed consent form.

1 团体特异性康复体操: ① 热身活动:四肢和躯干各关节活动,以及大步行走和侧步行走活动。 ② 肢体躯干的协调活动:通过四肢大幅度、快速度的摆动,躯干的翻转、屈伸变化,结合不同体位下的肢体和躯干活动,达到肢体躯干的协调运动训练。 ③ 重心移动活动:通过使人体重心上下左右方向移动,以及单足支撑/起踵等不同站 立姿势的平衡体操动作,使身体不断处于平衡-打破平衡-恢复平衡的状态。 ④ 非稳态环境下活动:在非稳态环境下,通过各个方向的摆腿、抬腿、体屈、 上体 拧转、 站起坐下等动作,提高核心部位不同维度的运动控制能力。 ⑤ 控制下柔韧性活动:不同体位下,进行脊柱后伸、四肢伸展活动。 ⑥ 放松拉伸活动:全身放松及拉伸活动。

1. Group-specific rehabilitation exercises: 1 Warm-up activities: Movements of all joints in the limbs and trunk, as well as activities involving walking with large steps and side-stepping. 2 Coordination activities of limbs and trunk: Through large-amplitude and rapid swinging of the limbs, combined with trunk rotation and flexion/extension movements, and activities of limbs and trunk in different body positions, the training of coordinated movement between limbs and trunk is achieved. 3 Center-of-gravity shifting activities: By shifting the body's center of gravity in up-down and left-right directions, and through balance gymnastic movements in different standing postures such as single-leg support and heel-rise, the body is continuously in a state of balance-loss of balance-restoration of balance. 4 Activities in a non-steady-state environment: In a non-steady-state environment, through movements such as leg swinging and lifting, trunk flexion, upper body twisting, and sitting down and standing up in various directions, the multi-dimensional movement control ability of the core region is enhanced. 5 Controlled flexibility activities: Under different body positions, perform activities such as spinal extension and limb stretching. 6 Relaxation and stretching activities: Full-body relaxation and stretching activities.

在解放军总医院就诊认知障碍和运动障碍患者中,通过评估纳入符合标准的患者,通过SPSS 统计软件产生的随机数字表,按照入组顺序进行随机化分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Among patients with cognitive and motor impairments treated at the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army, eligible patients were selected based on the assessment criteria. Randomization was then performed according to the order of enrollment using a random number table generated by the SPSS statistical software.
