探索果胶联合益生菌补充对老年慢性便秘患者的便秘的改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of pectin combined with probiotics in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic constipation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)近3个月症状符合罗马Ⅳ慢性便秘相关的功能疾病：功能性便秘、阿片引起的便秘、便秘型肠易激综合征以及功能性排便障碍； (2)近期未使用过多潘立酮、莫沙比利等影响胃肠动力的药物； (3)＞= 65岁； (4)本人及其法定监护人（或合法可接受的代理人）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Symptoms in the past 3 months are consistent with functional disorders related to chronic constipation in Rome IV: functional constipation, opioid induced constipation, constipated irritable bowel syndrome, and functional defecation disorders; (2) No use of drugs such as pantoprazole or mosapride that affect gastrointestinal motility recently; (3) Over 65 years old. (4) The person and his legal guardian (or legally acceptable agent) voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)患有消化道肿瘤、消化道出血等严重胃肠道疾病； (2)合并严重心、肺、肾等疾病； (3)安装心脏起搏器； (4)皮肤过敏等皮肤病或感觉障碍； (5)精神疾病无法描述症状； (6)在过去3个月内或者正在服用抗生素； (7)在过去3个月内参与了使用试验性药物或设备的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from serious gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal tumors and gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) Merge severe heart, lung, kidney and other diseases; (3) Install a pacemaker; (4) Skin allergies and other skin diseases or sensory disorders; (5) Mental illness cannot describe symptoms. (6) In the past 3 months or are taking antibiotics; (7) Participated in a clinical trial using an investigational drug or device within the past 3 months.
