研究目的：

1.探究 CKD3-5 期非透析患者生命质量不同发展轨迹。 2.基于 Wilson-Cleary 健康相关生命质量理论探究 CKD3-5 期非透析患者生命质量不同发展轨迹的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate distinct developmental trajectories of quality of life in Stage 3-5 non-dialysis CKD patients. 2. To identify influencing factors of heterogeneous QoL trajectories in Stage 3-5 non-dialysis CKD patients based on the Wilson-Cleary model of health-related quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18 岁； 2. 符合 2012 年改善全球肾脏病预后组织 (KDIGO)关于 CKD 的定义标准及分期（GFR＜60mL/min/1.73m2）； 3. 未行肾脏替代治疗； 4. 认知功能正常，意识清楚，能正常沟通； 5. 知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years 2. Meeting the 2012 KDIGO diagnostic criteria for CKD with glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <60 mL/min/1.73m2 3. No prior renal replacement therapy (including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or kidney transplantation) 4. Intact cognitive function, clear consciousness, and ability to communicate effectively 5. Provision of written informed consent for voluntary participation

排除标准：

1. 慢性感染（结核、肝脓肿、肺脓肿）及恶性肿瘤患者； 2. 3 个月内有急性心肌梗塞、急性心功能不全、脑血管事件； 3. 2 周内急性感染（包括需要住院治疗的肺部感染、脓毒血症）； 4. 孤立肾脏者； 5. 目前正在参加干预性临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with chronic infections (e.g., tuberculosis, liver abscess, lung abscess) or active malignancies 2. History of acute cardiovascular/cerebrovascular events within 3 months (including acute myocardial infarction, acute cardiac insufficiency, cerebrovascular events) 3. Acute infections requiring hospitalization within 2 weeks (including pneumonia, sepsis) 4. Anatomically solitary kidney 5. Current participation in interventional clinical trials
