研究目的：

通过对比肛瘘术后难愈性创面与急性创面及其他慢性创面的蛋白、转录水平差异，讨论肛瘘术后难愈性创面的分子特征。  

Objectives of Study：

To discuss the molecular characteristics of difficultly healed postsurgical wounds of anal fistula by comparing the differences in protein and transcription levels among difficultly healed postsurgical wounds of anal fistula, acute wounds, and other chronic wounds.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肛瘘术后难愈性创面组 1.第一诊断为“肛瘘”的患者，并已接受肛瘘手术治疗； 2.年龄在 18-65 岁之间； 3.接受肛瘘手术至少 14 天，创面愈合不良者； 急性创面组 1.第一诊断为“肛瘘”的患者，拟接受肛瘘手术治疗； 2.年龄在 18-65 岁之间； 其他慢性创面组 1.诊断为“糖尿病溃疡”或“下肢动脉硬化闭塞症”的患者伴有慢性难愈溃疡>=1 个月者； 2.年龄在 18-65 岁之间.

Inclusion criteria

Refractory wound group after anal fistula surgery 1. Patients who were first diagnosed with "anal fistula" and have undergone surgical treatment of anal fistula; 2. Age between 18-65 years; 3. Those who have undergone anal fistula surgery for at least 14 days and have poor wound healing; Acute wound group 1. Patients who are first diagnosed with "anal fistula" are to be treated with anal fistula surgery; 2. Age between 18-65 years; Other chronic wound groups 1. Patients diagnosed with "diabetic ulcer" or "lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease" with chronic refractory ulcer >=1 month; 2. Be between the ages of 18-65.

排除标准：

肛瘘术后难愈性创面组、急性创面组 1.克罗恩病、结核等所致之肛瘘； 2.外伤导致的肛瘘； 3.合并直肠癌、肛管癌等其他直肠肛门恶性肿瘤的患者； 4.孕妇、哺乳期妇女； 5.合并糖尿病或其他严重慢性疾病者。 其他慢性创面组 1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Refractory wound group and acute wound group after anal fistula surgery 1. Anal fistula caused by Crohn's disease, tuberculosis, etc.; 2. Anal fistula caused by trauma; 3. Patients with rectal cancer, anal canal cancer and other rectal and anal malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients with diabetes or other serious chronic diseases. Other chronic wound groups 1. Pregnant and lactating women.
