研究目的：

本课题将RA病情变化（包括临床和影像学指标、神经损害程度分级、DAS-28分级）与颈椎MRI上齿突周围滑膜团块信号及大小变化做回顾性研究，观察其在MRI上大小及信号变化与RA病情变化、颈椎X线及CT变化、神经损害程度的关系。从而能够有针对性地为治疗累及颈椎的中重度RA患者，控制病情、预防继发性颈椎畸形及脊髓压迫提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will retrospectively analyze the relationship between changes in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) activity—including clinical and imaging markers, neurological impairment grading, and DAS-28 scores—and variations in the signal intensity and size of synovial masses around the odontoid process on cervical MRI. It will also examine the association of these changes with RA progression, cervical spine X-ray and CT findings, and the degree of neurological impairment. The findings aim to provide targeted guidance for managing moderate to severe RA cases with cervical spine involvement, focusing on disease control, prevention of secondary cervical deformities, and mitigation of spinal cord compression.

纳入标准：

1.西医诊断明确为类风湿性关节炎；
2.年龄在18-80岁之间；
3.知情同意，自愿受试；

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has been definitively established through Western medicine.
2.Age between 18 and 80 years.
3.Informed consent obtained, and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
2.年龄在18以下或80岁以上者；
3.根据研究者判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病史，如工作环境经常变动，容易造成失 访的情况；
4.正在参加其他相关临床研究的受试者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
2.Individuals under 18 or over 80 years of age.
3.According to the investigator's judgment, individuals with other medical histories that may reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate participation, such as frequent changes in work environment leading to a high risk of loss to follow-up.
4.The participants who are currently involved in other related clinical studies.

During measurement, the classification is determined according to their different MRI imaging characteristics.

If the odontoid process extends beyond the McRae or McGregor line, vertical subluxation is indicated.
