研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性队列分析，系统梳理重症气管切开患者成功拔管与失败的影响因素，构建拔管预测模型，为临床拔管决策提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically sort out the influencing factors of successful extubation and failure in patients with severe tracheotomy through retrospective cohort analysis, construct a extubation prediction model, and provide a basis for clinical extubation decisions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；（2）首次入住康复病房，且转入康复科时仍保留气切套管；（3）入院后接受系统化拔管评估流程；（4）具备完整的胸部CT影像（层厚≤0.15 cm）及临床随访记录

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old; 2. The first admission to the rehabilitation ward and the retention of the tracheotomy cannula when transferred to the rehabilitation department; 3. After admission, receive a systematic extubation assessment process; 4. Have complete chest CT images layer thickness <=0.15 cm. and clinical follow-up records

排除标准：

（1）存在神经肌肉疾病（如ALS、重症肌无力）；（2）头颈部肿瘤或气管畸形；（3）气道塌陷、气道肉芽、气道严重瘢痕等影响气道通畅性；（4）存在气管食管瘘等严重并发症

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are neuromuscular diseases such as ALS, myasthenia gravis.; 2. Head and neck tumors or tracheal malformations; 3. Airway collapse, airway granulation tissue, severe airway scarring, etc. affect airway patency; 4. There are serious complications such as tracheoesophageal fistula
