研究目的:

1. 量化斜向后终板切除深度对颈椎ACDF手术生物力学稳定性的影响,明确安全切除阈值界限。 2. 构建基于术前影像参数与融合器尺寸的术前评估模型,指导术式选择(ACDF vs. ACCF)  

Objectives of Study:

1. To quantify the relationship between oblique posterior endplate resection depth (relative to cage size) and stability outcomes in ACDF, and defined failure thresholds relative to resection extent. 2. To develop a simple preoperative assessment tool based on cage dimensions, resection depth, and patient-specific preoperative imaging parameters to guide surgeons in discussion-making: selecting ACDF versus ACCF.

纳入标准:

纳入1例健康成人颈椎三维CT: 1.18-60岁,无骨质疏松 2.颈椎无感染、肿瘤等病理情况 3.颈椎既往无手术史

Inclusion criteria

One healthy adult cervical spine 3D CT scan meeting the following criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old, without osteoporosis 2. No cervical spine pathologies such as infection or tumors 3.No prior surgical history in the cervical spine

排除标准:

1.颈椎曲度不良 2.既往颈椎手术或外伤史 3.既往类风湿、强脊炎等疾病

Exclusion criteria:

1.Abnormal cervical curvature / Loss of cervical lordosis 2.Previous cervical spine surgery or traumatic injury 3.History of rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis or other systemic connective tissue disorders
