研究目的：

以国家基本公共卫生服务项目为依托，综合应用伤害预防理论、行为改变理论、移动健康技术和人工智能算法，研制适合我国基本公共卫生服务项目需要的儿童伤害移动智能干预包；采用整群随机对照试验评价干预包效果，为提升我国国家基本公共卫生服务项目的儿童伤害预防能力提供适宜的干预技术。  

Objectives of Study：

Relying on the national basic public health service projects, this project integrates the theories of injury prevention, behavior change, mobile health technology, and artificial intelligence algorithms to develop a mobile intelligent intervention package for children's injuries that is suitable for China's basic public health service projects. A cluster randomized controlled trial will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of this intervention package, aiming to provide appropriate intervention techniques for enhancing the prevention capabilities of children's injuries within China's national basic public health service projects.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）5岁及以下儿童日常照护人；（2）与儿童生活在一起并为儿童提供日常生活支持照料的人员；（3）儿童及其照护人为所选研究现场的常住人口；（4）拥有并使用智能手机；（5）有读写能力，且同意参加研究；（6）年龄在18岁以上；（7）未参加其他儿童伤害预防干预试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Daily caregivers of children aged 5 and below; (2) Individuals who live with children and provide daily life support and care for them; (3) Children and their caregivers are permanent residents of the selected research site; (4) Possess and use smartphones; (5) Have literacy skills and agree to participate in the study; (6) Are aged 18 years or older; (7) Have not participated in other child injury prevention intervention trials.

排除标准：

儿童患有严重疾病或住院需特殊照顾。

Exclusion criteria：

Children suffering from severe illnesses or requiring hospitalization need special care.

研究在海南省，长沙市和邵阳市招募96个社区（村）。以街道为单位进行整群随机分组，将不同街道的社区随机分配到干预组和对照组，使得干预组和对照组各包含48个社区（村）。由一名研究人员独立完成。

The study recruited 96 communities (villages) in Hainan Province, Changsha City, and Shaoyang City. Randomized cluster grouping was adopted at the street level, and communities in different streets were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group, so that each group contained 48 communities (villages). This process was independently completed by a researcher.
