研究目的：

本研究通过补充益生菌（发酵粘液乳杆菌UP-1）评估其对儿童生长的影响，包括对体成分、生长调节因子和肠道菌群的改善作用，并揭示其潜在机制，为儿童生长的个性化营养干预提供新的思路和证据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we assessed the effects of probiotic supplementation (Limosilactobacillus fermentum UP-1) on children's growth, including the improvement of body composition, growth regulators, and intestinal flora, and revealed the underlying mechanisms to provide new ideas and evidence for personalized nutritional interventions for children's growth.

纳入标准：

1.法定监护人知悉同意，自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书；2.年龄为6-10岁，无性别限制；3.身高别体重Z评分低于标准中位数（P50）。

Inclusion criteria

1. The legal guardian is aware and consents, voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form; 2. Age range: 6 to 10 years old, with no gender restrictions; 3. The Z-score by height and weight was lower than the median standard (P50).

排除标准：

1.不符合以上纳入标准者；2.合并消化系统、免疫系统等原发性疾病，或患有全身重大系统性疾病（如结核、HIV感染、肾病、慢性肝炎、慢阻肺等）；3.入组前一个月内使用过抗生素，益生菌、益生元以及任何含有益生菌、益生元的食品或药品；4.在医生的建议下进行饮食和运动疗法；5.不愿意提供个人信息，不希望进入研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. Combined primary diseases such as digestive system, immune system, or suffering from systemic major systemic diseases (such as tuberculosis, HIV infection, renal disease, chronic hepatitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 3. Have used antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, and any food or medicine containing probiotics or prebiotics within one month before enrollment; 4. Follow the doctor's advice on diet and exercise therapy; 5. Patients who do not wish to provide personal information and do not wish to enter the study.

益生菌提供者使用excel制作随机数据对照表，将编号1-300随机平均分为益生菌组和安慰剂组。医生负责发放，益生菌提供单位负责记录并保管编号对应的益生菌/安慰剂信息。

The probiotic provider used excel to make a random data comparison table and randomly divided numbers 1-300 into probiotic group and placebo group.
