研究目的：

以MDD精准诊疗需求为导向，通过整合优质队列资源，建立具有统一性、标准性和代表性的大样本MDD前瞻性队列，建立高效的病例追踪及随访系统，开展示范性研究优化队列建设，有效对接脑疾病临床研究大数据与样本库平台。  

Objectives of Study：

Guided by the needs of MDD precision diagnosis and treatment, by integrating high-quality cohort resources, a unified, standardized and representative prospective cohort with large samples of MDD is established, an efficient case tracking and follow-up system is established, and demonstration studies are carried out to optimize cohort construction, effectively docking big data and sample database platform for clinical research on brain diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者年龄14-60岁，性别不限； 2. 符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版》(The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, DSM-5) MDD诊断标准，首发或复发均可； 3. 汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD-17) 评分≥14分； 4. 本次抑郁发作近14天未接受治疗的患者； 5. 小学以上文化程度，能理解量表的内容； 6. 理解并自愿参加本研究，本人或法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age of the patient is 14-60 years old, and the gender is not limited; 2. Meet The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) MDD diagnostic criteria, can be first or relapse; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score >=14 points; 4. Patients who have not received treatment for the last 14 days of this depressive episode; 5. Primary school education, can understand the content of the scale; 6. To understand and voluntarily participate in this study, I or legal guardian sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 当前或既往患有符合 DSM-5 除MDD之外的其他重要诊断； 2. 有重要系统或脏器的严重器质性疾病或病史； 3. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性患者； 4. 3个月内参与过干预性临床试验者； 5. 研究者判断依从性差或不适合参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a current or past DSM-5 significant diagnosis other than MDD; 2. Have a history of serious organic diseases of important systems or organs; 3. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 4. Participants in interventional clinical trials within 3 months; 5. The investigator judged that the compliance was poor or not suitable for the participants.
