研究目的：

1.了解NICU早产儿母亲焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪的现况; 2.制定对早产儿母亲焦虑的“护士-家长支持”方案; 3.探讨“护士-家长支持”对降低 NICU 患儿母亲焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪发生的效果; 4.探讨“护士-家长支持”对提高早产儿母亲感知护士支持及科室满意度的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the current situation of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of mothers of premature infants in the NICU; 2. Develop a "nurse-parent support" program for mothers of preterm infants; 3. To explore the effect of "nurse-parent support" on reducing the occurrence of anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions in mothers of children with NICU; 4. To explore the effect of "nurse-parent support" on improving the perception of nurse support and department satisfaction of mothers of preterm infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.NICU中诊断为早产儿的母亲； 2.早产儿母亲年龄大于20周岁，能够进行正常的语言交流； 3.得到早产儿母亲知情同意且愿意全程参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Mothers of preterm infants diagnosed in the NICU; 2. The mother of the premature infant is more than 20 years old and can communicate normally; 3. Obtained the informed consent of the mother of the preterm infant and was willing to participate in the whole process of this study.

排除标准：

1.早产儿母亲伴有癌症等重大疾病或存在交流功能障碍； 2.合并其他严重先天性疾病、喂养困难的早产儿母亲； 3.由机构人员照顾或保姆等付费人员参与照顾； 4.照顾者中途退出研究； 5.患儿出现严重不良反应或病情加重。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The mother of the premature infant is accompanied by a major disease such as cancer or has communication dysfunction; 2. Mothers of premature infants with other severe congenital diseases and feeding difficulties; 3. Taken care of by agency personnel or paid personnel such as nannies; 4. Caregivers drop out of the study halfway; 5. The child has serious adverse reactions or aggravation of the disease.
