研究目的：

比较早期造口回纳患者与晚期造口回纳患者肠道营养状况、细菌菌群分布情况，结合临床相关指标，证明早期造口回纳的优势性。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing patients with early versus late stoma closure in terms of intestinal nutritional status and bacterial flora distribution, combined with clinical indicators, to demonstrate the advantages of early closure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行暂时性回肠造口的患者；
2.术前行胸腹部CT及肿瘤标志物检查排除了肿瘤复发及远处转移的患者；
3.回纳前造口未见明显水肿者；
4.因为各种原因要求行造口回纳并均签订手术知情同意书的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who underwent temporary ileostomy;
2.Patients in whom preoperative chest and abdominal CT and tumor marker tests ruled out tumor recurrence and distant metastasis;
3.Patients without significant stoma edema before closure;
4.Patients who requested stoma closure for various reasons and signed the surgical informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.因出现严重心脑肺疾病等而不能耐受再次手术者；
2.术前检查发现有肿瘤局部复发及远处转移者；
3.根据术前营养状态评估提示结肠存在明显水肿者；
4.腹壁局部缺损或患有造口旁疝需同期行修复者；
5.合并吻合口狭窄等需行吻合口重建者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary or cerebrovascular diseases who cannot tolerate reoperation;
2.Patients in whom preoperative tests revealed local tumor recurrence and distant metastasis;
3.Patients with marked colonic edema indicated by preoperative nutritional status assessment;
4.Patients with abdominal-wall defects or parastomal hernia requiring concurrent repair;
5.Patients requiring anastomotic reconstruction due to anastomotic stenosis or other related conditions;
