研究目的：

通过回顾性分析肾移植术后因发生PCP入住ICU患者的临床资料，搜寻其死亡危险因素，探讨这类患者的预后，以便早期识别重症PCP患者，及时予以针对性的强化治疗措施，提高临床治愈率。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients admitted to the ICU due to PCP after kidney transplantation, the risk factors for their mortality were searched, and the prognosis of such patients was discussed, so as to identify patients with severe PCP at an early stage, and timely targeted intensive treatment measures were taken to improve the clinical cure rate.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.2019年9月至2024年8月期间于我院行肾移植术后确诊合并PCP感染并入住ICU的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who were diagnosed with PCP infection after kidney transplantation in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2024 and were admitted to the ICU.

排除标准：

1.多次肾移植； 2.合并恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病以及除肾脏外合并其他器官移植者； 3.临床资料严重缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple kidney transplants; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and transplants of other organs other than kidney; 3. Those with serious lack of clinical data.
